Leopardstown Racecourse is located just six miles due south of Dublin city centre. It is set in superb surroundings, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains, with a panorama of Killiney Hill in the background.

There are a number of options available when travelling to Leopardstown Racecourse. Car parking is free, but we do advise customers to allow ample time for the journey on racedays.

Travelling by Car

There are two entrances to Leopardstown Racecourse on racedays. One is on Leopardstown Road, near the roundabout linking Leopardstown Park Hospital, Leopardstown Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate and Brewery Road, with a second entrance off the M50 at junction 15 at Carrickmines.

A shuttle bus service will also be in operation from the Carrickmines Car Park and the Racecourse entrance on each day of the Festival.

Via the M50—South Bound

Take exit 14 off the M50 travel straight through the first roundabout at top of ramp. Continue straight down through traffic lights. At the next roundabout take the third exit onto the Leopardstown Road, take first right to enter the Racecourse.

Via the M50—North Bound

Take exit 15 off the M50 and cross the flyover, following the signs for Leopardstown Racecourse.

From City Centre

Take the N11 (Stillorgan Dual Carriageway) heading towards the Southeast, past Stillorgan (right). At traffic lights turn right onto Leopardstown Road R113 signposted Leopardstown. Continue straight and Leopardstown’s entrance is on the left just before the traffic lights in front of the Roundabout.
