The Property Race Day 2024:

A Decade of Dedication

The tenth annual Property Race Day took place on Thursday, 13th June 2024, at the iconic Pavilion in Leopardstown. It was a day filled with excitement, entertainment, and charitable giving, with over 450 of Ireland’s leading figures in property, investment, and finance coming together to raise €160,000 for ISPCC, Make-A-Wish, and Barretstown.

The day starteed with a sunny Moët & Chandon al fresco drinks reception, setting the tone for an afternoon of thrilling races and top-notch entertainment by Uke Boxx, Daddy Sax, and The Piano Man. The vibrant atmosphere continued into the evening, expertly hosted by Irish TV and radio presenter, Kathryn Thomas. Our charity auction, led by auctioneer, Paul Grimes, raised an outstanding €85,000, with coveted prizes like Coldplay tickets, a trip to New York City, and an Amgen Pro-Am 4-Ball experience.

Chairman, Andrew Gunne, extended heartfelt thanks to all the sponsors and table hosts, acknowledging the remarkable achievement of raising over €1.25 million for children’s charities over the past ten years.

As always, the event was a powerful reminder of the positive impact that the real estate community can make, and we look forward to many more years of racing, networking, and supporting great causes.
